HNX approves listing of IDICO

HÀ NỘI — The Hà Nội Stock Exchange (HNX) has approved the listing of  一 九 二 million shares by the Việt Nam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation (IDICO) on the HNX, under the code IDC.

The first trading day is scheduled for December  一0, and the reference price has been set at VNĐ 一 八, 五00 (US$0. 八).

IDC has charter capital of VNĐ 三 trillion, equivalent to  三00 million shares.

After being equitised in October  二0 一 七, IDC offered  一 三 五 million shares to two strategic investors, real estate developers SSG Group and Bitexco, with  六 七. 五 million shares each.

Some of the shares were offered to the company’s employees. The remaining  一0 八 million shares are still owned by the State, specifically the Ministry of Construction.

In the first nine months of this year, IDC’s net revenue reached VNĐ 三. 五 五 trillion, up  二 六. 三 per cent year-on-year. Post-tax profit totalled VNĐ 四 二 四 billion, an increase of  二 一. 六 per cent compared to  二0 一 八. — VNS
